ECC Outdoors, LLC became a Central Boiler dealer in 2021 and service the area of CT, RI, and MA for sales, service, and parts. Recently we attended Central Boiler's dealer training, which is not something every dealer takes advantage of, but we want to serve our customers with the best knowledge we can. This training gave us detailed information on how their products are made and produced as well as inside knowledge of the unit's functionality. We toured their plant, asked questions which our customers wanted more information about, and created bonds and relationships with people at Central Boiler headquarters that can help assist in our customer satisfaction.
