ECC Chimney Services, LLC has been a trusted business in the area for over 10 years. Recently, we decided to become a Central Boiler dealer and service the area of CT, RI, and MA for sales, service, and parts. We are growing the Central Boiler division of the company rapidly and have come to learn very quickly the demand for these products and services in our area is very high. This has allowed us to become more informed about the Central Boiler products in a short amount of time. We are always looking to improve on our customer service and needs. Recently we attended Central Boiler's dealer training, which is not something every dealer takes advantage of, but we want to serve our customers with the best knowledge we can. This training gave us detailed information on how their products are made and produced as well as inside knowledge of the unit's functionality. We toured their plant, asked questions which our customers wanted more information about, and created bonds and relationships with people at Central Boiler headquarters that can help assist in our customer satisfaction.
